Hi! My name is Laura Anderson and I am a Tacoma Real Estate Agent and Tacoma local who loves helping people find their place in this city.

I grew up in Tacoma, so my knowledge of the area goes far beyond real estate. I know the neighborhoods, the parks, the restaurants and coffee shops, the commute patterns, and all the little things that make each part of Tacoma feel different. That local perspective is especially valuable for buyers relocating to Tacoma who are trying to figure out where they’ll feel most at home.

My own real estate journey started when my partner Alex and I bought a Tacoma duplex, remodeled it, and built a DADU in the backyard. Since then, I’ve bought and remodeled additional homes and gained firsthand experience with investment properties, ADUs and DADUs, and the opportunities that come with owning real estate in Tacoma.

Today, I help people buy and sell homes throughout Tacoma and Pierce County, with a particular passion for helping people move to Tacoma. Whether you’re relocating from Seattle, moving from across the country, buying your first home, or simply moving to a different Tacoma neighborhood, my goal is to make the process feel manageable and give you the local knowledge you need to make a confident decision.

When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll usually find me teaching fitness classes, playing pickleball, dancing west coast swing, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with friends and family.
